Do you have contracts?

We do not have contracts. You are be billed according to your schedule (semi-annual/annually, and monthly for printing and postage) and while we never want you to terminate, if you need to, cancellation requests must be submitted by the 15th to be effective by the next billing cycle. If you cancel after the 15th, you will be charged for the following month.

Is there a size requirement or limit for database size?

We do not have a limitation on how many mailing addresses you can have, but you do need a minimum of 50 addresses to start (let's be honest, we want to get the most out of this so starting with at least 50 is a good baseline).

Can I change and update my database?

Yes. You can make changes anytime in the client portal here. Changes made by the 25th of each month will be included in the following month's mailing.

Can I see what is scheduled to go out the following month?

Yes. You will receive an email containing a content preview (not yet on your custom templates) of the following months cards on or around the 10th of each month.

What is the cost per month for print and mail?

Printing and postage is $1.00 per postcard. This equates to $2.00 per month per mailing address in your database (because we send two postcards per month on your behalf).

What is the delivery schedule?

Ideally your clients receive cards the second and fourth week of the month. However we are all at the mercy of the USPS.

Can I do 1 postcard per month?

It's not recommended, reach out to us to discuss options.

Is 2 postcards too much?

No way! The content of these cards seeks to add value for your client through education, entertainment, emotion, or all three! Finally, postcards are non-intrusive, unlike those daily emails we all get from our "favorite" retailer which can be conceived as “too much”.

How does the on boarding process work?

Once you sign up via our pricing page you'll receive an email with instructions to upload all your information. We'll take care of the rest.

Can I start in the middle of the month?

Not at this time.

What are the deadlines to sign up?

You can sign up anytime. However, the deadline to be included in the upcoming month’s mailings is the 15th. By the 15th, we need to receive all your information from the initial sign up and have finalized approval on your template in order for us to be able to turn it around for the following month.

How do I get information to prosecco and post?

After signing up, you will receive an email containing a link to a form where you will fill out and attach your information.

What if the content is not relevant?

We understand not every postcard will be relevant to every client. We may have postcards that are geared more toward buyers and vice versa. We send them anyway because it’s STILL relevant information. For example: If your client isn’t looking to sell, it’s okay. Receiving the card may remind them that someone they know IS and that may lead to a referral for you. The goal is to stay in touch, build relationships, and be top of mind.

What if a particular postcard violates one of my state regulations or other exceptional issues?

Please contact us directly. We will only be able to consider changes in a small number of circumstances but will work with you to the best of our ability.
